This is one of my all time favorites. So out of the norm, color wise, than what I am usually drawn to.
The backing was a Goodwill score from last year. Six yards for little to nothing.
The one "mistake." Two triangles facing each other.
This one is being gifted, but I can't say to who...Yet...
What a lovely quilt Amy! Lucky recipient.....
ReplyDeleteGod bless!

That looks so good. I feel like your FMF bundle was redeemed with this quilt.
ReplyDeleteLove your quilt. I always say there is suppose to be one mistake in every quilt as we are not all perfect so our quilts shouldn't be either. Thanks for sharing.

ReplyDeleteSuch a nice job.
It is gorgeous! Very lucky recipient indeed who won't even notice the "mistake". Gives it charm & character. Don't you love good finds?! Can't believe you found that backing at Goodwill. What a great day that was! :)
ReplyDeleteReally like it but it looks a bit difficult to me with matching...
ReplyDeleteNice work!!
